Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, unhandled (mint) condition. Any signs of fingerprints, creases, or damage caused by handling without gloves will void the return.

Process:Please contact manching@manchingkc.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return.

Costs:The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a tracked and insured service. We cannot offer a refund if the returned item is lost or damaged during transit.
